Like walking into a new home. Everything on one floor. What’s new ….. paint, carpet/flooring throughout the house (except the kitchen, because that floor was great), ceiling lights/fans, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen cabinets, counters, ceiling and lighting, laundry tub, front door, landscape timbers. And it smells like new. Concrete drive. Car port. Two storage sheds — a 16 x 20 and a 12 x 12. Large private floating deck off the back of the house. New electric fireplace. The house has been power washed and the window are freshly washed too. This home is a delight to experience. Also, new electrical service from the pole to the house.
